ESTABLISHED AND LIQUIDATED COMPANIES OF STATISTICS SEPTEMBER 2015 NEWSLETTER

The number of companies established in September 2015 increased by 4.80% compared to the previous month.

· The number of companies increased by 4.80%, the number of cooperatives by 19.15% and the number of real person commercial enterprises by 1.94%.

· The number of closed companies increased by 5.90% compared to the previous month, while the number of cooperatives decreased by 20.69% and the number of real person commercial enterprises decreased by 13.89%.

The number of closed companies decreased by 22.41% compared to the same month of the previous year.

· In September 2015, compared to September 2014, the number of companies increased by 1.81%, the number of cooperatives established by 30.00% and the number of real person commercial enterprises decreased by 23.97%.

· In September 2015, the number of closed companies decreased by 22.41%, the number of closed cooperatives by 20.69%, and the number of closed personal businesses by 7.78% compared to the same month of 2014.

The number of companies established in the first nine months of 2015 increased by 15.81% compared to the same period of 2014.

· In the first nine months of 2015, compared to the same period of the previous year, the number of companies increased by 15.81%, the number of cooperatives decreased by 12.06% and the number of real person commercial enterprises decreased by 36.02%.

· During the same period, the number of closed companies decreased by 9.52%, the number of cooperatives decreased by 10.73% and the number of real person commercial enterprises decreased by 0.66%.

General Outlook for September 2015

* The number of real person commercial enterprises established includes ordinary partnerships. In September 2015, 2,997 real person commercial enterprises were established and there were no ordinary partnership companies.

* * The number of closed real person commercial enterprises does not include the enterprises whose records of real person commercial enterprises which are determined to have no commercial activity by the notifications made, are deleted by the relevant Trade Registry Directorates in accordance with Article 51 of the Trade Registry Regulation. In September 2015, 121 and 19,311 real person commercial enterprises were closed in person.



In September 2015, only the company was established in Tunceli.

· 80.34% of 5.275 companies and cooperatives established in September 2015 are limited companies, 18.58% are joint stock companies and 1.06% are cooperatives. 37.89% of the companies and cooperatives are in Istanbul,

11,33% was established in Ankara and 6,06% in İzmir.

· This month, only the company was not established in Tunceli. In 2015, 12 companies were established in Tunceli and 2 companies were closed.



In September 2015, the total capital of companies established increased by 26.26% compared to the previous month.

· In the first nine months of 2015, a total of 50,687 companies and cooperatives were established. 40.488 limited companies established in this period constitute 48.21% of the total capital and 51.78% of the 9,497 joint stock companies. Company Establishments According to Company Types in 2015

In September 2015, 1,623 companies and co-operatives and 1,062 natural person commercial enterprises were established in the trade sector.

· The total number of companies and cooperatives established in September 2015; 1,473 are in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 870 in construction and 685 in manufacturing.

· Real person commercial enterprises established in September 2015; 1,062 are in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 715 in construction and 293 in manufacturing.

· Companies and cooperatives closed this month; 267 of them are in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 152 of them are in construction and 97 of them are in manufacturing sector.

· 520 of real person commercial enterprises closed this month are in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 147 of them are in construction, 89 of them are in accommodation and food sector.







30 of 56 cooperatives established in September 2015 are Residential Building Cooperatives.

· Founded in September 2015, 30 of the 56 Cooperatives were established as Residential Building Cooperatives, 8 Agricultural Development Cooperatives and 5 Irrigation Cooperatives.

· Of the 693 cooperatives established in the first nine months of 2015, 313 were established as Housing Structure Cooperatives, 83 as Irrigation Cooperatives and 72 as Agricultural Development Cooperatives.

In September 2015, 395 companies with foreign capital were established.

· Out of 395 foreign capital companies established in September 2015, 144 were established in Syria, 29 in Iraq and 25 in Germany.



In the first nine months of 2015;

· The number of foreign capital companies established is 3,533. Of these companies, 1,148 are in Syria, 261 in Germany and 215 in Iraq.

· 544 of the 3,533 foreign capital companies were incorporated and 2,989 were limited companies. 1.288 of these companies were established in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 444 of them were manufactured and 419 of them were established in the construction sector.

· 85,67% of the total share capital of the companies with foreign capital constitutes the share of foreign capital.
