Building Construction Cost Index, IV. Quarter: October - December, 2015

Building construction cost index down 0.3 percent compared to the previous quarter

The building construction cost index (BIME) decreased by 0.3% in the fourth quarter of 2015 compared to the same quarter of the previous year, covering 5.4 Ekim November – December, and 5.4% compared to the same quarter of the previous year and 5.9% increased.

In BIME, in the fourth quarter of 2015, the labor index increased by 0.9% compared to the previous quarter, while the material index decreased by 0.7%. Compared to the same quarter of the previous year, labor index and material index increased by 8.1% and 4.6%, respectively.
