Established in October 2015 Liquidated Companies Statistics

The number of companies established in October 2015 decreased by 1.65% compared to the previous month.

· While the number of companies established decreased by 1.65% compared to the previous month, the number of cooperatives increased by 21.43% and the number of real person commercial enterprises increased by 3.74%.

· The number of closed companies decreased by 5.57% compared to the previous month, the number of cooperatives increased by 20.65% and the number of real person commercial enterprises increased by 10.08%.

The number of closed companies decreased by 26.98% compared to the same month of the previous year.

· In October 2015, there was an increase of 18.68% in the number of companies established compared to October 2014, a decrease of 5.56% in the number of established cooperatives and 3.30% in the number of real person commercial enterprises established.

· In October 2015, the number of closed companies decreased by 26.98%, the number of closed cooperatives by 7.50%, and the number of closed person commercial enterprises decreased by 23.79% compared to the same month of the previous year.

The number of companies established in the first ten months of 2015 increased by 16.07% compared to the same period of 2014.

· In the first ten months of 2015, compared to the same period of the previous year, the number of companies increased by 16.07%, the number of cooperatives decreased by 11.51% and the number of real person commercial enterprises decreased by 34.22%.



· During the same period, the number of closed companies decreased by 10.95%, the number of cooperatives decreased by 10.46% and the number of real person commercial enterprises decreased by 2.89%.

General Outlook for October 2015

* The number of real person commercial enterprises established includes ordinary partnerships. In October 2015, 3,109 real person commercial enterprises were established and there were no ordinary partnership companies.

* * The number of closed real person commercial enterprises does not include the enterprises whose records of real person commercial enterprises which are determined to have no commercial activity by the notifications made, are deleted by the relevant Trade Registry Directorates in accordance with Article 51 of the Trade Registry Regulation. In October 2015, 72, 19,382 real person commercial enterprises were closed in person in January-October period.



In October 2015, only Bayburt was established.

· 78.22% of 5,201 companies and cooperatives established in October 2015 are limited companies, 20.44% are joint stock companies and 1.31% are cooperatives. 36,63% of the companies and cooperatives are in Istanbul,

13,29% was established in Ankara and 6,50% in İzmir.

· This month, only the company was not established in Bayburt. In the first 10 months of 2015, 8 companies were established in Bayburt and 1 company was closed.



The total capital of the companies established in October 2015 increased by 4.24% compared to the previous month.

· 55.888 companies and cooperatives were established in the first ten months of 2015. The total number of 44,556 limited companies established in this period is 47,32% of the total capital and 10,560 of the joint stock companies is 52,67%. The total capital of companies established in October increased by 4.24% compared to September.

Company Establishments According to Company Types in 2015

In October 2015, 1,388 companies and cooperatives were established with 1,008 natural person commercial enterprises in the trade sector.

· The total number of companies and cooperatives established in October 2015; 1,388 are in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 949 in construction and 667 in manufacturing.

· Real person commercial enterprises established in October 2015; 1,008 are in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 818 in construction, 295 in manufacturing.

· Companies and cooperatives closed this month; 243 of them are in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 174 of them are in construction and 96 of them are in manufacturing sector.

· 529 of the real person commercial enterprises closed this month are in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 188 of them are in construction and 98 of them are in manufacturing sector.







33 of the 68 cooperatives established in October 2015 are residential building cooperatives.

· 33 of 68 Co-operatives established in October 2015 were established as Residential Building Cooperative, 6 of them were Motor Carriers Cooperative and 6 of them were Irrigation Cooperative.

· Of the 761 cooperatives established in the first ten months of 2015, 346 were established as Housing Structure Cooperatives, 89 as Irrigation Cooperatives and 76 as Agricultural Development Cooperatives.

In October 2015, 366 companies with foreign capital were established.

· Out of 366 foreign capital companies established in October 2015, 136 companies were established in Syria, 28 companies in Germany and 26 companies in Iraq.



In the first ten months of 2015;

· The number of foreign capital companies established is 3.899. Of these companies, 1,284 are in Syria, 289 in Germany and 241 in Iraq.

· Of the 3,899 foreign capital companies established, 587 are joint-stock companies and 3,312 are limited companies. Of these companies, 1,427 were established in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 498 in manufacturing and 479 in the construction sector.

· 85,70% of the total share capital of the companies with foreign capital constitutes the share of foreign capital.
