168 million m3 of water was drawn by Organized Industrial Zones
Organized Industrial Zones (OIZ) Water, Wastewater and Waste Statistics Survey conducted by the 196 Organized Industrial Zones according to the results obtained in 2014 168 million m3 of water to be distributed through the water network. 45.5% of the water was withdrawn from the well, 16% from the springs, 13.5% from the city network, 25% from dams, ponds and rivers.
254 million m3 wastewater discharged by Organized Industrial Zones (1)
In 2014, 254 million m3 wastewater was discharged from the OIZ sewage networks. 72.9% of wastewater was discharged to river, 9.1% to city sewer, 6.4% to dry river bed and 11.6% to other receiving environments.
221 million m3 wastewater treated by Organized Industrial Zones
In 2014, 221 million m3 wastewater was treated in OIZ wastewater treatment plants. 50.9% of the treated wastewater was developed, and 49.1% was treated with chemical or biological treatment.
533 thousand tons of waste collected by Organized Industrial Zones
In 2014, 533 thousand tons of waste was collected by OIZs. 63 thousand tons of the collected waste was recovered or stored temporarily within the OIZ, 109 thousand tons were recovered outside the OIZ, and 361 thousand tons were disposed within or outside the OIZ. 58.4% of the disposed wastes were disposed of in landfills and 41.6% in landfills.
