Retail sales volume up 0.7% month-on-month
Seasonally and calendar adjusted retail sales volume increased by 0.7% in November 2015 compared to the previous month. In the same month; food, beverage and tobacco sales increased by 1.0%, non-food sales (excluding automotive fuel) increased by 1.0%, while automotive fuel sales remained unchanged.
When the change in non-food sectors compared to the previous month is examined; sales of computers, books and communication devices increased by 2.1%, electrical goods and furniture sales increased by 1.7%, textile, clothing and footwear sales decreased by 2.3%, medical and cosmetic sales increased by 2.8%, postal or internet Sales decreased by 5.8%.

Calendar adjusted retail sales volume increased by 3.4% in November 2015 compared to the same month of the previous year. In the same month; food, beverage and tobacco sales increased by 8.3%, non-food sales (excluding automotive fuel) decreased by 0.3%, while automotive fuel sales increased by 5.9%.
When the change in non-food sectors compared to the same month of the previous year is examined; sales of computers, books and communication devices decreased by 3.2%, electrical goods and furniture sales increased by 0.4%, textiles, clothing and footwear sales decreased by 1.2%, medical products and cosmetics sales increased by 8.9%, mail or internet sales decreased by 15.3%.

Seasonal and calendar adjusted retail turnover at current prices increased by 1.6% in November 2015 compared to the previous month. In the same month; food, beverage and tobacco sales increased by 1.2%, non-food sales (excluding automotive fuel) increased by 2.1% and automotive fuel sales increased by 1.1%.
Retail turnover increased by 8.8% compared to the same month of the previous year
Retail turnover at current prices adjusted for calendar effects increased by 8.8% in November 2015 compared to the same month of the previous year. In the same month; food, beverage and tobacco sales increased by 17.1%, non-food sales (excluding automotive fuel) increased by 9.1%, while automotive fuel sales decreased by 1.2%.
